An appeal made by Goldenhill Workingmens Club against Stoke on Trent City Council to refuse permission to have the erection of open sided steel framed canopy with attached floodlights to existing portakabin, has been dismissed by The Planning Inspectorate.
Top Gear Car Wash who operate from the Goldenhill Workingmens Club Site, believe they would have benefited from having the canopy and floodlights.
