Stoke on Trent North & Kidsgrove Parliamentary Candidates Discuss Issues with Voters
on: April 24, 2015, 14:28

140 residents and guests attended the Sandyford & Goldenhill Residents Association Public General Meeting “Hustings” yesterday evening at Goldenhill Community Centre.

The meeting went very well with all candidates giving a report, and receiving questions from residents.

Questions asked to Parliamentary Candidates consisted of what their views are on Budget cuts across Stoke on Trent, Educating society re cutting foreign aid budget “how safe would our country be”, Immigration, NHS & Local industries, which we don’t have anymore.

All candidates responded to the questions by giving a variety of views, which residents said they found quite interesting.

The Sandyford & Goldenhill Residents Association (S.A.G.E.) would like to take this opportunity of thanking residents and guests for attending the meeting and making it a most enjoyable one.
