An application has been submitted by Goldenhill Working Men’s Club to have a canopy and four floodlights installed to a portacabin on the car park, where a car wash facility operates.

It has been reported that local residents who live nearby on Kidsgrove Road, Goldenhill are concerned by the application in regards to light pollution.
