Broken hearted Dave when walking his dog over the former Goldenhill Golf Course earlier today, when 3 lads on big red quads ran over poor “Jasper” leaving him for dead.

The dog owner said on our sister page Facebook after hitting the animal, they laughed leaving Dave even more distraught at what had happened.

Dave went onto say he contacted Staffordshire Police who said they could do nothing in regards to the dog’s death.

On the Sandyford & Goldenhill Residents Association Facebook Page within one hour of reporting the incident, the post has reached 4,500 people with 127 comments and 57 shares, with many people showing anger to what has happened as well as support and sympathy to Dave’s sad loss of Jasper.

If anyone has any information of those individuals responsible then please contact Staffordshire Police on 101.

The residents association and residents who live in and around the Sandyford/Goldenhill area would like to pass on our deepest sympathy to Dave for his sad loss today.
