Up To 450 New Homes Proposed for Hollywall Lane, Sandyford

250 to 450 new homes are being proposed for land off Hollywall Lane, Sandyford.

Northstone property developers based in Manchester are to hold a consultation event to seek the views of the local community.

Councillor Chandra Kanneganti and Sandyford & Goldenhill Residents Association will NOT be in a position to answer questions to the proposed development until plans are unveiled at the consultation event.

It is also proposed that Sandyford & Goldenhill Residents Association will hold an emergency public meeting where Northstone, Councillor Kanneganti, David Williams M.P. & Council Leader Jane Ashworth will be invited.

Once more information is available there will be joint statements issued by Councillor Kanneganti and Sandyford & Goldenhill Residents Association.
