Budget Consultation Feedback Event

As part of our 2017/18 budget consultation, Stoke on Trent City Council will be holding a special resident feedback event on Tuesday, January 17 in Stoke Town Hall.

The event will give everyone who lives and works in Stoke-on-Trent the chance to talk to senior city council officers and cabinet members about the proposals to save £61m over the next three years.

A range of options have been put forward to allow us to meet the tough challenge of helping older people to live well at home and supporting the growing numbers of children in care.

At the event you’ll also be able to find out more about the Stronger Together priorities that will help to shape the future of the city, as well as ask questions, offer ideas and give your views on the budget proposals. There will be free refreshments and parking is available on Kingsway car park in Stoke for just £1 after 3pm.

The drop-in event takes place 3pm to 7pm in the Jubilee Hall, which is in Stoke Town Hall, and you can drop-in to speak to us at any time. The public consultation runs until January 24, and all feedback collected will be used by councillors to help make final decisions when setting the annual budget.
