Customers of Virgin Mobile are being scammed by receiving a text saying “It looks like your direct debit has been cancelled. To keep using your Virgin Mobile Service go to the link or telephone, which is provided in the text“.
Virgin Mobile have been contacted by Sandyford & Goldenhill Residents Association, and they have confirmed the text is a scam and not to open the link or phone the number provided. Virgin have also confirmed they would not contact customers this way, so please ignore any such text messages.
