Joe in his earlier days when being the bobby on the beat
It is nice to report that Joe Smith former policeman & Ex Chairman of Sandyford & Goldenhill Residents Association (SAGE) is being recognised for his many years of community service within the City of Stoke as well as in his local community where he lived.
The Sentinel Newspaper contacted SAGE and Joe’s immediate family after hearing about him passing away, and wanted to do a featured article to celebrate the life of a well respected and caring man who was keen to put other people first as well as improving the environment where they lived.
