The sale of “new” televisions from the back of cars or vans on car parks have caught more than a few people out recently and that’s just the onees Staffordshire Police know of, it doesn’t include those who feel foolish having been duped and not contacted the police for that reason. Several people are currently on bail having been arrested for fraud by false representation for these offences.

Staffordshire Police have asked S.A.G.E. to remind residents that ultimately if a deal seems too good to be true then it usually is.
