Support Our Local Tunstall Co-op Bank from Closure

People are invited to a petition signing session outside the Co-op Bank in High Street, Tunstall in an attempt to save the branch from closure.

The session will commence at 10.30 a.m. on Friday 26th January and The Sentinel have been invited to hopefully feature the story in the newspaper.

Please use the link below to sign the online petition.

Sorry I missed your petition today, I would love a copy via email and I can collect signatures as well, I am furious about the closure of Tunstall co op bank, there has been no consultation.
I have made a complaint to the head office of the co op bank, they weren’t really interested. My mum is 81 and it is the only branch we can park outside for her to use a bank, it took me 2 years to get her to have a bank account anyway.
Both my husband and I are disabled and also need to park as near as possible to the bank, plus we shop in tunstall.
Hanley is a nightmare to park and for disabled access, Newcastle isnt too bad but it isn’t on the doorstep as Tunstall is.
I look forward to helping you to get our voices heard, surely our customer loyalty demands their loyalty and service to us.
    Many thanks

    Hi Kath,
Unfortunately I don’t have your e-mail address, so could you send it via the contact tab at the top of the website page.
Yesterday, Friday we collected 650 signatures in two and a half hours, how good is that.
With the online peyition we have almost 1,000 signatures.
Look forward to hearing from you soon, and many thanks for your support, it is very much appreciated.
