Stoke on Trent City Council has supplied further information in regards to sale of land at Brakespeare Street, Goldenhill.
Residents in the Goldenhill area were very concerned when “The Sentinel” advertised the land to be sold at Butters John Bee (bjb) Estate Agents next Monday the 22nd February.
The information supplied from the council on the Butters John Bee website shows the sale of the property/land has been postponed.
Councillor Chandra Kanneganti along with Sandyford & Goldenhill Residents Association objected strongly to the land sale, which the council has now agreed to remove it from this month’s auction sale.
