The Kay Group who are developing the new Sandyford Service Station on James Brindley Way near to the KFC roundabout have requested Sandyford & Goldenhill Residents Association update residents on progression to develop the site.
The contractor has carried out maintenance and cutting down vegetation at the site outside of the nesting season.
The Kay Group say this is not the start of the development, but they hope to start work in late January or early February. The developer said they have agreed supply terms with BP to supply fuel at the service station.
The company has agreed to keep the residents association and residents updated on any future devolopment at the location.
