4th Industrial are pleased to announce the letting of Unit 3 Tunstall Arrow North (pictured above), which extends to 19,408 sq ft and has been let to Wolseley. They will be utilising the unit as a trade counter and warehouse for plumbing/heating and building service products.
4th Industrial added that it was a pleasure working with Thomas Leech on the letting of the unit who is the Property Manager for Wolseley.
In a statement from 4th Industrial they say they have three units remaining, ranging from 13,533 sq ft to 31,170 sq ft for the Stoke-on-Trent area through Mounsey Surveyors.
