Councillor Chandra Kanneganti, David Williams M.P. Staffordshire Police and Sandyford & Goldenhill Residents Association came together to meet Senior Management from Tesco (pictured) to discuss an increase in shoplifting issues in Sandyford.
The meeting proved productive in how to tackle the ongoing shoplifting problem in Sandyford & Goldenhill, which is something the police, Tesco, politicians and residents association are keen to deter the activity.
A number of suggestions have been put forward, and it’s hoped some of the ideas, which will be put into place should make shoplifters think twice before committing the crime.
