Caddick Construction have requested that residents are given an update in regards to progress on their works at James Brindley Way in Sandyford.

The following is where the development stands and is to proceed.

Project is progressing well with the first 3 units now erected

Last 2 units to commence tomorrow 29.03.22 (one building)

Roof cladding to commence next Monday 04.04.22 on unit 1

Concrete slabs to units 1 & 5 ground floor office core area to be poured this Thursday 31.03.22 with late night power floating (power floating to be carried through early evening and possible through the night with flood lighting. (potential noise and lighting alert to local residents)

Unit 1,3,5 1st floor concrete slab pour on Tuesday 05.04.22 with late night power floating and flood lighting being carried out (potential noise and lighting alert to local residents)
