A silver motor scooter was stolen from the driveway of a property in Sandiacre Avenue, Sandyford sometime overnight on Tuesday 18th/Wednesday 19th August, and found this morning Wednesday 19th in an alleyway off King William Street, Tunstall.

Sport-Tastic Sessions are being held on Tuesdays starting the 4th August, 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon at the YMCA Activity Centre, Harding Road, Hanley.

There is a £2 entry fee, and ages 0 to 16 are welcome.

There was a theft from Churchill China in High Street, Sandyford during the evening of Tuesday 7th July.

CCTV shows three offenders cutting through a wire fence at 6.45pm in order to steal a quantity of piping before making their escape in a white coloured pick up truck.
