Council Housing Services Satisfaction Survey

Stoke on Trent City Council has asked BMG Research to conduct a postal survey among council tenants.

The surveys will be sent to a random sample of 2,500 households from February 2013.

If tenants complete a survey they will be entered into a prize draw to win £50 in Potteries Centre vouchers.
